The communication just wasn’t great. I kept waiting for clear updates, but they were either really vague or came way too slowly. It kind of left me wondering what was going on... which was frustrating.

"Simple, clean, and actually enjoyable to use"
I’ve been using point.app for a little while now, it’s been a really smooth experience. The app looks clean, everything is easy to figure out, and I can get to what I need without digging through confusing menus. There’s no weird clutter or anything that gets in the way, which I really appreciate. It just feels simple, reliable, and easy to use. It’s nice when an app doesn’t make things harder than they need to be, and this one kind of makes me feel relieved every time I open it

"Signup was easy and approval was faster than expected"
So far, I’ve got no complaints. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and the whole process felt simple from start to finish.
I signed up for Point.app it was quick and easy. The steps were clear, and I never hit a point where I felt confused or stuck.
The approval came through faster than I thought it would too. I was expecting it to take a few days, but it was done quickly, which was a nice surprise.

"ATM access is decent, but not perfect"
I’ve used the point app a few times to get cash out, and overall it works fine. Most withdrawals have gone through without any trouble, but I have run into a couple of ATMs that didn’t work with it. The fees can also be a little frustrating, especially when you don’t realize what you’re getting into until you’re already at the machine. I just wish it was clearer upfront which ATMs are best to use. It’s not a bad experience, but it leaves me feeling like I have to double-check everything before withdrawing cash

"Good rewards, just wish the rates were clearer"
I mostly use Point for the cash back and rewards, and the earning rates are solid for my usual day-to-day spending. Some stores give a nice boost too, so it adds up quicker than the card I was using before.
It’s not perfect though. A few rates seem to change or just don’t feel as worthwhile on smaller purchases. Still, for everyday use, I’m happy with it overall.

I was able to add my mobile wallet without any real trouble, so that part was fine, but yeah, sometimes the payments don’t show up right away and I find myself checking again like, did it go through or not? It’s not terrible or anything, and most of the time it does what it’s supposed to, I just wish it felt a bit more dependable when I’m using it day to day.

"Pricing feels reasonable to me"
I’ve been using point.app for a little while now and, the subscription price feels fair. Like... the fees are clear enough, and so far I haven’t run into any weird surprises or random charges.
It’s not the cheapest app out there, sure, but I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off paying for it each month. For what I actually use it for, the cost makes sense, and yeah... I’m fine sticking with it.

I’ve been using it for a bit and it’s been working fine so far. No bugs or crashes on my end, so I’m not really sure what some people are doing to run into so many issues.

"Works fine, but the privacy info is frustratingly unclear"
The app itself works okay, but I’m not totally comfortable with the privacy side of it. I had to click around way too much just to figure out what data it’s using and what some of the settings actually mean. Maybe everything is secure, but the way it’s explained is vague and a bit annoying. I’d feel a lot better if they gave clearer info and more control before expecting people to fully trust it.
"Cashback been tracking right every time"
I’ve used point.app for a few months now, and the cashback tracking was really solid for me. My purchases show up quick, and the amounts been matching what I was expecting so far.
I had other apps before where stuff just go missing, which got annoying fast. This one feels way more accurate, nothing fancy really, it just works and I don’t have to keep checking it all the time.

I was a little worried there might be extra fees tucked in somewhere, so it was reassuring to see the charges laid out clearly. So far, no sneaky fees at all, which definitely makes me feel better about using it.

I’ve been using point.app for a little while now, for the price, it feels like a good deal. I’ve tried a few other tools that either cost more or had a bunch of features I didn’t really need, but this one keeps it simple and does what I actually use it for. Setup was quick and didn’t give me any trouble, so overall I’m happy with it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast the money showed up in my bank account. The process could maybe be a little clearer, but overall it went through without any hassle.

I’ve had a much smoother experience with this card compared to my old one. It doesn’t get declined nearly as often, which is a relief when I’m out shopping or paying for something quick. It’s not perfect, but overall I’m happy with it so far.

My Point card actually got here faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I had just been complaining about slow mail the other day, so of course this one shows up early. Activation in the app was super simple, and I ended up using the card later that same day with no problems at all...

"ID check took a bit longer than expected"
The app itself is decent, but the identity check was kind of a hassle. I had to retake my photo twice and then wait longer than I thought I would. It did go through in the end, so I can’t say it failed, but it could definitely be smoother. I feel like if people are doing their part and submitting what’s asked, the process should be a little more fair and respectful of their time.

I had an issue with my Point App app account and I figured it was going to turn into a whole days-long thing, but nope, I messaged support, and they got back to me quickly. They asked a couple straightforward questions and then just fixed it, which was such a relief because I was already bracing myself for having to explain everything over and over. Super easy, no runaround, and yeah, really appreciated how smooth they made it...

Budgeting has felt way less stressful since I started using this. The spending insights are actually useful, not just random charts I ignore. I remember one weird detail: it showed me I was spending way more on gas station snacks than I ever would’ve admitted. That was the moment it kind of clicked for me

They blocked the fraud quickly, which was a huge relief. The dispute process was a little slow, though, so it wasn’t exactly "instant." Still, I’m glad they caught it and helped me get things sorted out.
